Taj Mahal:

It is also a World Heritage Site as per UNESCO consideration. The Taj was built by Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beautiful wife, Mumtaj Mahal. Therefore, it is also referred as symbol of Eternal Love. The Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful creations of Mughal era. Its interior carries an essence of Persian and Mughal style of architecture. The Mahal is beautifully decorated with hand worked marble carving and paintings. It is a well preserved monument in India.
